Tablescape design: Tables, linens, chairs, tabletop options, centerpieces, & candelight
Work with floral designer to ensure event design cohesiveness
Collaborate with paper designer for day of paper selection & details
Reception decor & event rental management
Basecamp Project Management account with customized to-do list and information center
Basecamp is an online project management tool that keeps the client & the planning team organized. All contracts and documents are stored on the online account, as well as a personalized wedding checklist. A mobile app is available for obtaining documents on the go!
Studio based meeting where vendors all come to the client for meetings. Held in either our NYC or Connecticut offices.
Vendor resourcing, pairing & "etroductions"
Timeline development for the wedding day
Wedding party timeline development and sent to attendant directly
Coordination of ceremony rehearsal
Pass through discounts on rentals (generally between 10-20% off)
12 hours of Day Of Coordination with Lindsey & (1) Assistant
