Happy Veteran's Day to our Veterans and THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! To celebrate we are sharing one of our favorite weddings of all time, Amy and her veteran husband Rich.
Weddings and the military are steeped in beautiful and powerful tradition and when combined, the results are outstanding. Amy and her military hub Rich were an absolute dream and their day was filled with their own touches coupled with the traditions of love and honor.
The sword ceremony that welcomed Amy + Rich into the world past the church's door after their ceremony was stunning in its visual simplicity and a unique way to end the moments after their “I do’s.”
The love was palpable during the beautiful couple’s shoreline wedding and the excitement was off the charts. To describe the amount of dancing that happened out on the floor can be summed up in one word: Woah.
Amy’s time with her father during the day was sweet enough to make any heart turn to gold. That same heart will shine even brighter when you learn he played a huge role in making the escort cards, table numbers and the table that the small message in a bottles sat on. He was certainly Mr. Father of the Bride, doting, caring and so excited and proud of his daughter. It was the best ever working with him and Amy's mom.
The color choices for Amy + Rich’s beach-inspired day came from the most unlikely of places: her favorite decorative pillow!
